Return & Shipping Policy

• Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your shipment.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service.
• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Exceptions: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
